Automatic Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine for Cleaning metal Castings

The crawler-type shot blasting machine, featuring a robust crawler made of high-strength manganese steel, is specially applied for the surface treatment of small to medium-sized metal parts in batches, which can be loaded either manually or automatically via a pneumatic feeding device. It is extensively utilized for cleaning, derusting, and strengthening various workpieces such as cast iron parts, steel forgings, hardware components, and precision stamping parts.

The crawler, driven by a high-power reducer, rotates stably to drive the parts to tumble continuously inside the machine chamber. This continuous tumbling motion ensures that every corner and all surfaces of the parts are fully exposed to the high-speed shots emitted by the high-efficiency shot blasting turbines, achieving uniform and thorough surface treatment effect.

The unloading of the treated parts is realized by reversing the rotation direction of the crawler. After the shot blasting process is completed, the crawler rotates in the opposite direction, and the parts can be smoothly discharged into a collection container directly, or conveyed to the next processing procedure through a connecting conveyor line for further operation.
