Its operating principle includes: Workpieces are evenly placed on a wear-resistant mesh belt, which transports them into the blast chamber via motorized drive.High-speed rotating blast wheels (turbines) propel steel shot or abrasive media at 60–80 m/s onto the workpiece surface, effectively stripping contaminants and creating uniform roughness.  Used abrasives and debris pass through a vibratory screen or airwash system.
