The trolley-type shot blasting machine is an integrated system comprising several key components. The central element is the robust, sealed blast chamber lined with durable manganese steel or cast polyurethane protectors to withstand constant abrasive impact. Inside, multiple high-speed centrifugal throwing wheels, strategically positioned at different angles, propel abrasive media onto the workpiece surface. The trolley itself features a motor-driven, perforated rotating table mounted on a rail-guided car. Beneath the chamber, a sophisticated recycling system—including a screw conveyor, elevator, and air-wash separator—continuously collects, cleans, and returns usable abrasive while removing dust and debris. The entire process is managed by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which automates the trolley movement, table rotation, blast time, and abrasive flow for consistent, repeatable results.
