XKMT Lpg Cylinder Shot Blasting Machine

The steel pipe cleaning shot blasting machine is a high-efficiency industrial tool designed to transform rough, contaminated pipes into pristine, ready-to-use assets. Engineered to remove rust, scale, welding slag, and other impurities from inner/outer surfaces, this machine ensures pipes meet strict cleanliness standards for coating, welding, or structural applications.

How It Works: The pipes is conveyed through the blast machine on a specially designed external skew roll/rubber wheel type material handling system.Pipes are fed into a sealed chamber via a conveyor system, where high-speed impellers propel steel shots at their surfaces.  The abrasive impact strips away contaminants, while a built-in recycling system separates and reuses shots, minimizing waste.  A dust filtration system ensures a clean, eco-friendly operation.

Ideal for oil & gas, Lpg Cylinder Shot Blasting Machine，construction, and manufacturing industries, it combines automation and precision to enhance productivity and reduce labor costs.

    Steel Pipe shot blasting machine is used to clean external surface of various types of steel pipe, round bar, drilling rod etc. It can clean rust, oxide layers, paint film and intensify and removing scales and weld dregs, giving them a metallic color, and facilitating the application of painting and coating，improve its tensile and compressive strength.
